As the Senior Talent Branding Specialist, you’ll help position Cubic as an employer of choice in India. You’ll partner with the Communications, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to create visibility, tell authentic stories, and build campaigns that attract and inspire great talent.
In this role, you will:
Employer Brand Enablement: Act as the India lead for employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives — translating Cubic’s global EVP into local narratives that resonate with the Indian talent market.
Creative Content & Storytelling: Write and design compelling social, video, and digital content that showcases Cubic’s people, projects, and culture.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute recruitment marketing and hiring campaigns across LinkedIn, events, and referral programs.
Social Media Ownership: Manage and grow Cubic India’s social presence, tracking engagement and optimizing campaigns to amplify reach on platforms like LinkedIn.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with the Communications, TA, and HR teams globally to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
Performance Insights: Measure campaign success and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Brand Activations: Support employer branding activities at universities, hackathons, and tech events, enhancing Cubic’s visibility across the ecosystem.
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, HR communications, or digital marketing — preferably in a technology, product, or GCC environment.
Creative Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or video-editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
Storytelling: Strong writing and content development skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Stakeholder Management: Comfort engaging with cross-functional teams and global partners.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data and insights to improve engagement and campaign outcomes.
