Our client a Proudly South African Luxury retailer is seeking to employ a suitably experienced and qualified Brand Manager to join their creative and driven team

 

1º Define evolved Brand Identity across Client Portfolio to Drive the Consumer to Brand Relationship

  • Develop and lead brand initiatives encompassing three elements of the brand (Brand, Fashion shows, and
  • E-commerce)
  • Define the next stage of brand identity, with a direct focus on creating legacy brands.
  • Self-Expressive, Emotional Identity
  • Value Proposition Benefits & Personality cues
  • Consumer Psychographics & Segmentations
  • Fashion Branding Context and Cues
  • Create clarity and alignment of brand identity across multiple facets.
  • Immediate goal: Establish clarity and alignment of brand identity across all facets.
  • Medium-term goal: Enhance customer interaction and engagement on social media and digital.
  • platforms, develop the model for the next evolution , define the next stage of the brand,
  • particularly focusing on legacy brands
  • Long-term goal: Evolve the  brand on the global stage.

.2º Consumer Implementation Framework for Driving Brand Awareness

    • Identify value proposition benefits and personality cues
    • Understand consumer psychographics and segmentations
    • Define brand positions, framing, and touch points
    • Establish metrics for brand management
    • Defining the Brand Positions and Framing
    • Defining the Brand Touch points and aesthetics
    • Brand Management Metrics.

 

 

Qualification

    • Proven substantial experience in the luxury brand sector.
    • Proven track record of managing multiple brands under one umbrella.
    • Strategic Brand and Marketing (Highly preferred) or any   related qualification
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
    • Strong focus on customer experience.

Requirements

    • Luxury Experience: want to make sure they have luxury branding experience-- luxury fashion is the best, but any type of luxury experience is good, 
    • Multi-Brand Experience: they have experience in managing multiple brands under one brand umbrella, (preferable Luxury clothing brands)
    • Understanding marketing and branding discipline is very different from marketing.
