Regional Brand Specialist
The Regional Brand Specialist is a dynamic, travel-based marketing role designed to strengthen visibility, engagement, and brand consistency across Hawthorne’s core markets, new developments, and third-party communities.
This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, focused on bringing the Hawthorne Experience to life through impactful content, local partnerships, events, and brand-driven resident touchpoints. While occasional guidance or support may be offered to on-site teams, the primary focus is on independently activating strategic deliverables that drive local and regional awareness.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt
Hours of Work: 8:30am/9:00am to 5:30pm/6:00pm in office Monday through Friday at locations directed by the supervisor. Schedule may vary. Extended hours and occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to meet business needs or events.
Travel: Up to 75% travel. Weekly overnight and day trips to varying locations as directed by supervisor.

Expected to remain professional and refrain from disclosing confidential business information to anyone, including other employees. Such confidential information includes, but is not limited to: compensation data, employee or property information.
Personal Appearance: Dress, grooming and personal cleanliness standards contribute to the business image of Hawthorne Residential Partners. During business hours or when representing the company, employees are expected to present a clean, neat and tasteful appearance.
Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with HRP’s Senior Leadership team, Community Managers, Regional Managers, Corporate Team members, onsite team members and outside vendors.
Pre-Employment: Drug testing and background screening required. Must complete online pre-employment assessment.
Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel required.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include but are not limited to: ability to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, vendors and service providers. Must be able to see, hear, talk, sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel and crouch. Must be able to moderately lift or move up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds as needed.
