Provide support to the Marketing & Brand Coordinator in marketing design, content creation, and branding activities. Ensure consistency and professionalism across all digital, print, and internal materials. This role reports directly to the Marketing & Brand Coordinator.
Workload: 38 hours per week for the first 3 months, then as required.
Salary Range: 30,000-40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:
- Paid Campaigns: Assist with LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including graphic and banner ad design.
- Graphic Design: Create banners, social media graphics, and logo concepts in line with brand guidelines.
- Template Creation: Develop PowerPoint, Word, and other document templates for tenders, presentations, and internal use, maintaining brand consistency.
- Publications: Design graphics and layouts for advertisements in industry publications.
- Organic social media: Create templates, graphics, and copy for social media posts.
- Website Support: Write and edit copy for key website pages, ensuring brand voice consistency and SEO/GEO-friendly content.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, design, or content creation.
- Experience creating digital and print graphics, social media visuals, and document templates.
- Proficient with design software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain consistent, on-brand marketing materials across all channels.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality, professional, and timely work.
- Capable of assisting with website and content updates aligned with marketing strategies.
- Responsible for delivering a new logo design for the companys 40-year campaign.
