Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Development:

  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the pet food market.
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals.
  • Lead the product development process by translating market insights into actionable product requirements in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams.

Collaboration on Product Launches:

  • Develop product packaging concepts and oversee branding efforts to resonate with target audiences in partnership with graphics and marketing teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to create go-to-market strategies for successful product launches and campaigns.
  • Monitor product launch performance and implement improvements based on customer and sales feedback.

Product Optimization:

  • Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for improvements in formulations, packaging, or pricing.
  • Implement enhancements to existing products based on customer feedback and evolving market demands.

Project Management:

  • Plan and manage product development and launch timelines, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and meet deadlines effectively.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the pet food or FMCG industry.
  • Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Experience collaborating with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of pet nutrition or prior experience in the pet industry is a plus factor.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in packaging design and branding.
