Marketing Executive – Be the Creative Force Behind a
Leading Luxury Property Brand
Are you a results-driven creative who knows how to generate
leads through strategic marketing and powerful design? Join a top-tier
luxury property developer as their Marketing Executive—where you'll own the
full journey from insight to execution.
This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn’t just plan
campaigns, but also creates the visual content and digital assets that bring
them to life. You’ll use market research, SEO, and campaign strategy to drive
real results, while ensuring everything aligns with a premium brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Brand-Aligned Ideation
- Generate
and execute marketing concepts that reflect the established luxury brand
identity.
- Design
marketing packs, brochures, signage, site plans, and digital assets with a
premium aesthetic.
- Uphold
and enhance brand standards across all internal and external
communications.
Digital & Social Media Management
- Create
engaging, on-brand content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram,
Facebook, and TikTok.
- Execute
digital campaigns and social media strategies, optimising performance
through analytics.
- Ensure
a consistent brand voice and polished presence across all channels.
Website & Content Oversight
- Maintain
and update content across property websites and landing pages.
- Capture
professional photography and manage high-quality visual assets.
- Collaborate
with digital partners and vendors to maintain seamless platform
experiences.
Market Research & Campaign Management
- Conduct
in-depth market analysis to track sales, rental, and industry trends.
- Align
marketing strategies with audience insights and emerging opportunities.
- Lead
the development of lead generation campaigns, ensuring early momentum for
upcoming launches.
- Design
and distribute campaign materials for residential and commercial projects.
- Oversee
marketing budgets, ensuring ROI through smart planning and resource use.
Event & On-Site Activation
- Plan
and execute launch events, broker functions, and branded activations
(typically four annually across JHB and Cape Town).
- Coordinate
all event elements—venue, catering, signage, décor, and branded items.
- Oversee
show home and container setup, ensuring top-tier presentation.
Collaboration & Supplier Management
- Report
to the MD while collaborating closely with the Business Owner, Financial
Director, Sales Manager, and administrative support.
- Work
directly with agencies, printers, signage vendors, and event suppliers.
- Manage
signage registers, "To Let" board inventory, and branding
consistency across developments.
Requirements
We're Looking for:
- Degree/Diploma
in Marketing, Communications, or Design.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing role within a luxury brand
environment (property, fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, etc.)
- With a strength in Design
- Proficiency in Fusion, PropCntrl, Meta Business Suite,
LinkedIn Business, Kinsta, and SIMS-Redi.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and driven
to deliver results
- Own
vehicle and driver’s license essential.
- Willingness to work
flexible hours around key campaigns and events.
