We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing - Branding Assistant to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC. This role supports the marketing department in developing brand strategies, executing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and eager to contribute to impactful branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing branding strategies and marketing plans

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand positioning projects

  • Maintain brand guidelines across all internal and external materials

  • Support the creation and editing of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional content

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new branding opportunities

  • Monitor brand performance and prepare performance reports

  • Coordinate with internal departments to align branding efforts

  • Help plan and organize marketing events and product launches

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or branding role preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Familiarity with brand strategy and market research principles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic design skills are a plus
