Rare Ideas, a leading branding and strategy agency for F&B, hospitality, and retail brands, is seeking a Junior Brand Strategist to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong research, copywriting, and presentation skills, passionate about shaping impactful brand strategies and working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Brand Research & Insights:
Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behaviors.
Analyze data to generate insights that inform brand positioning and strategy.
Support primary and secondary research efforts, including interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis.
Brand Strategy Development:
Assist in creating brand positioning, identity, tone of voice, and communication strategies.
Develop clear, compelling brand narratives and strategic concepts aligned with client objectives.
Contribute to defining and refining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Copywriting & Content Development:
Write sharp, engaging, and on-brand copy for presentations, marketing campaigns, and strategy documents.
Create impactful messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate with designers to ensure content aligns seamlessly with visuals.
Presentation & Communication:
Design and deliver professional, visually appealing, and persuasive presentations for client pitches and internal meetings.
Clearly articulate ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.
Contribute to storytelling in client deliverables, ensuring clarity and impact.
Client Collaboration:
Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand objectives and communicate ideas effectively.
Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and strategic documents for client delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the design, content, and strategy teams to ensure alignment with brand goals.
Provide strategic input during the creative development process to maintain consistency and quality.
Industry Awareness:
Stay updated on branding trends, consumer behavior shifts, and industry innovations.
Continuously learn about F&B, hospitality, and retail industries to provide fresh, relevant perspectives.
1-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a relevant discipline.
Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing your ability to craft impactful content.
Proficiency in creating professional presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar tools).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Analytical and creative thinking, with the ability to balance data and storytelling.
Passion for F&B, hospitality, and retail industries is a must.
