Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Brand Copywriter to join our dynamic team. You will play an important role in shaping and sharing brand stories across different touchpoints, from social media to internal documents. The ideal candidate will be able to marry business goals with brand objectives to create compelling, authentic content. You will work closely with our strategy and design teams to write narratives, create social media content, and ensure all communications are in line with the brand’s voice.

What You'll Do:

  • Brand Storytelling: Create compelling, authentic brand narratives, including positioning, mission, and vision for new branding projects.
  • Social Media Copy: Write creative and engaging social media copy that aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience. You’ll work on social media campaigns and posts for various platforms.
  • Creative Pegs: Develop fresh ideas and concepts for content that connects business objectives with the brand's goals. You will be responsible for identifying creative angles for campaigns and posts.
  • Internal Document Editing: Edit and refine internal documents (training, communication, strategy, etc.) to ensure they reflect the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the design and strategy teams to ensure your copy complements visual elements and aligns with overall brand objectives.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of messaging and tone across all communication materials and brand touchpoints.


Requirements

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in brand copywriting, content writing, or creative writing with a focus on storytelling and brand development.
  • Storytelling: Strong writing skills with an ability to craft authentic, engaging narratives that align with the brand’s voice.
  • Brand Understanding: Ability to understand and interpret a brand’s core values, personality, and goals to write compelling and relevant copy.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to come up with fresh, creative ideas for content and campaigns that speak to the target audience.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong editing skills, with a keen eye for detail to ensure all content is on-brand, error-free, and polished.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with design and strategy teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across different platforms.
  • F&B & Hospitality Passion: A genuine interest in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries, with an understanding of how brands communicate within these sectors.
