Known for excellence and professionalism, we’re hired as strategic and creative partners by our biopharmaceutical clients to drive category/brand awareness and growth. 

Internship Overview

Our Brand Strategy team is the force behind the insights that fuel creative disruption and unlock brand growth in wild new ways.

This fall, we’re looking for a Brand Strategy Intern who is ready to challenge convention and explore what’s never been done. This internship is for academic credit only and will run from September 2025-December 2025.

What We’re Looking For

We’re on the lookout for students:

  • graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, psychology, public health, life sciences, business, or related fields
  • with a strong interest in life sciences - healthcare branding, strategic planning, and pharma advertising
  • who possess curiosity, analytical thinking, and a hunger to challenge the status quo
  • who demonstrate strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • who uphold a collaborative spirit and a desire to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Seeking academic credit with potential for future full-time employment

What You’ll Do

As a Brand Strategy Intern, you’ll be embedded in the strategic engine of our agency. You’ll help decode science, distill insights, and shape brand stories that matter. Expect to:

  • Dive into competitive landscapes and market dynamics to uncover strategic opportunities and inform recommendations
  • Help craft brand positioningvalue propositions, and creative briefs for life sciences clients
  • Participate in ideation sessions and strategic workshops with cross-functional teams that challenge conventional thinking
  • Synthesize insights from scientific literaturepatient journeys, and stakeholder perspectives
  • Build strategic presentations and client-ready deliverables that drive decisions
  • Track cultural and healthcare trends to inspire disruptive thinking and elevate brand relevance
