Purpose of role:

Digital Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the brand’s online presence, ensuring consistency across all digital channels. This role involves developing digital marketing strategies, engaging audiences through compelling content, managing online campaigns, and leveraging data analytics to optimise brand performance & the growth of the portfolio in the Singapore Market. Assisting in the growth of the portfolio in Singapore market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies for our products to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
  • Partner with Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of the digital marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy for consumer impact and commercial success including media planning, social content, PR and social media management. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of branding efforts and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our products at the forefront of innovation.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, and Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (ie. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Tik Tok Analytics tools)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies whilst also managing day-to-day brand operations
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (ie. Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work within strict deadlines. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
