Collaborate with tech, strategy, and content teams to deliver unified project outcomes.
Present concepts to clients with clarity, confidence, and rationale.
Mentor and upskill designers and developers in creative best practices.
8+ years in creative leadership roles across UI/UX, branding, or digital agencies.
Strong portfolio across web/mobile interfaces, brand identities, and conversion-led experiences.
Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic understanding of HTML/CSS frameworks.
Excellent design systems thinking and experience working with component libraries.
A balance of creative risk-taking with structured, scalable design delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication – comfortable leading client conversations.
