In this role, you’ll represent major national clients through live marketing campaigns designed to build brand loyalty and attract new customers. From retail events to in-store experiences, you’ll help bring brands to life through face-to-face engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Execute live, in-person marketing campaigns in high-traffic retail settings
Introduce customers to products, promotions, and service options in a consultative manner
Drive customer enrollment and engagement through professional, personalized service
Work collaboratively with your team to exceed acquisition and campaign goals
Contribute to team development by supporting and mentoring new hires
Maintain in-depth product knowledge and ensure accurate brand representation
Participate in ongoing training to enhance your communication and marketing skills
What We’re Looking For:
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus
Energetic and confident communicator who enjoys face-to-face interaction
Adaptable and quick-thinking in fast-paced environments
Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Must have reliable transportation and be available to work onsite in Lombard, IL
