As the guardian of the company’s brand identity, the Brand Manager will partner with Brand Strategy, Design Lead and Account Manager to ensure the brand’s integrity is upheld in all touchpoints. In addition, they will be instrumental in ensuring the sharing of brand education across the organization.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $134,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
