Description

An exciting opportunity awaits a motivated and creative Brand & Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of branding and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This role is essential in enhancing brand visibility, coordinating campaigns, and assisting in building strong industry partnerships—particularly within the construction and development sector. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to contribute to branding, community engagement, and marketing strategies that connect with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Support & Execution

  • Assist in implementing branding strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Ensure brand identity and messaging consistency across all channels and materials

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Provide support in identifying and coordinating with potential industry partners
  • Assist in executing co-branding efforts, joint campaigns, and sponsorship activities

Brand/Product Launches

  • Help coordinate brand and product launch activities from planning to execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, creatives) to support go-to-market activities

Content Marketing

  • Assist in creating engaging content for digital and traditional platforms
  • Support the development of videos, brochures, social media posts, and press releases
  • Ensure content aligns with audience interests to drive engagement and awareness

Community Engagement

  • Support initiatives that build and engage brand communities through events, forums, and social media
  • Monitor brand-related feedback and assist in responding constructively

Promotions & Campaigns

  • Help organize and track promotional campaigns, both online and offline
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on results and recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to traditional/event marketing
  • Experience in construction, real estate, or allied industries is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with traditional marketing trends and practices
  • Experience in working with creative agencies, printers, and events suppliers
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders effectively

Benefits

Salary range: 20,000-30,000
