Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior/ Asst. Brand Manager to join
our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing brand marketing
campaigns that will help build and strengthen our brand presence. You will work
closely with various teams to ensure that our brand is consistently represented
and resonates with our target audience.
- Brand Strategy
Execution:
- Assist the Team
in developing and implementing brand strategies and plans that align with
the company's objectives.
- Support the
creation of brand positioning, messaging, and identity that
differentiates us in the market.
- Marketing Campaign
Execution:
- Execute brand
campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels and
monitor closely
- Collaborate with
creative teams to develop engaging content and ensure brand consistency
and brand guidelines
- Cross-Functional
Collaboration:
- Work closely with
product, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand integration in product
development and go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate with
external agencies and vendors to deliver effective brand initiatives.
- Brand Management:
- Monitor and
manage brand health, including tracking key performance indicators and
brand perception.
- Ensure brand
guidelines are followed and that all communications are aligned with the
brand’s identity.
- Reporting &
Analysis:
- Track and analyze
the performance of brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Prepare reports
on brand metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- MBA from reputed
B-School
- 1-3 years of
experience in brand management or a related role, preferably in Consumer
brands
- Strong
understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies
- Excellent project
management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Creative thinker
with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
