Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) to join our marketing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of brand management in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within the CNS therapy segment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, regulatory, supply chain) to ensure seamless brand campaigns.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Work closely with creative agencies for promotional material development (visual aids, digital content, etc.).

Monitor brand performance and prepare regular reports on market trends, sales, and ROI.

Support the planning and execution of product launches and brand campaigns.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with field-level execution.

Ensure brand compliance with medical and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical marketing/branding roles.

Education: Graduate (Science/Pharmacy background preferred, but not mandatory).

Age Limit: Up to 33 years.

Therapy Experience: CNS segment experience is highly desirable.
