About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious Talent Acquisition Operations & Employer Branding Intern to join our dynamic Global Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both the operational and strategic aspects of recruitment and employer branding within an international and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

🔍 Talent Acquisition Operational Excellence

  • Support the optimization of recruitment workflows and tools (e.g., ATS, dashboards, templates). 
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Help document and standardize TA processes across regions and teams. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in hiring practices.
  • Contribute to research on innovative sourcing methods and HR technologies. 
  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations across hiring processes.

 

🌟 Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with the Communications team to support employer branding campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Support the development of candidate experience initiatives and feedback mechanisms. 
  • Help monitor brand visibility and engagement metrics across platforms.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives such as recruiting events and employer branding projects to enhance the company’s market positioning.

 

 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employer branding. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. 
  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, or ATS tools is a plus.
  • EU work permit
