As an Event Manager at Munu, you’ll be the architect — turning ideas into standout experiences that elevate our brand and bring people together. From major trade shows to engaging webinars and culture-building internal events, you’ll design moments that leave a lasting impression and support our mission across the Nordics.
You’ll partner closely with our CMO to shape event strategy, drive performance, and ensure every initiative amplifies our marketing efforts. At the same time, you’ll collaborate with our Head of People to create internal experiences and employer-branding touchpoints that feel authentic, inspiring, and aligned with who we are.

You’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Munu’s presence at major Nordic hospitality trade shows — from booth concept to on-site delivery — along with webinars, virtual events, and internal gatherings that bring our teams and customers together.
You’ll manage every detail behind the scenes: booth design, timelines, supplier coordination, venue communication, and smooth day-of operations. You’ll track performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously refine how we show up.
You’ll own our annual event budget, keeping forecasting tight and spending smart. From vendor negotiations to merchandise sourcing and inventory management, you’ll ensure everything we produce feels premium, purposeful, and on-brand.
Partnering with the Head of People, you’ll bring our culture to life through employer-branding campaigns, career-fair presence, and internal storytelling. You’ll craft visuals and narratives that highlight the people behind Munu and strengthen our reputation inside and out.
You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, product, and content teams to build campaigns around key events and company moments — ensuring every touchpoint supports pipeline goals and brand growth.
You’ll deliver clear post-event insights directly to the CMO, along with recommendations that sharpen strategy and boost performance. You’ll also support feedback loops for employer-branding initiatives, helping the team stay aligned and data-driven.
