The Business Development & Brand Outreach Coordinator is responsible for increasing patient volume and strengthening Cleaver Dermatology & Aesthetics’ relationships with both referring providers and the local community. This role bridges the gap between clinical outreach and consumer marketing — representing the practice’s dermatologic, surgical, and aesthetic services with professionalism, brand alignment, and measurable impact.
The coordinator serves as a visible ambassador for the practice, educating physicians, businesses, and the public about the group’s offerings, while ensuring a positive and consistent brand presence across North Georgia communities.
Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists, primary care providers, OB/GYNs, plastic surgeons, medspas, and other key referral sources.
Conduct regular office visits to provide updated referral materials, introduce new providers, and gather feedback.
Educate referral partners on the group’s medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services and referral process.
Track referral trends and provide monthly reports to management on growth opportunities and outreach results.
Promote cosmetic and aesthetic services (e.g., injectables, skincare, laser treatments, body contouring) through local partnerships, events, and digital collaborations.
Represent the practice at community functions, chamber of commerce meetings, health fairs, and beauty events.
Coordinate in-office open houses, patient appreciation events, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator.
Identify co-branding or sponsorship opportunities with local businesses and wellness partners aligned with the practice’s brand.
Partner with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach materials for both medical and aesthetic audiences.
Capture community engagement content (photos, testimonials, event highlights) for social media and newsletters.
Ensure brand consistency in all external communications and event presentations.
Maintain an organized CRM or outreach database to log provider visits, event participation, and outcomes.
Provide detailed monthly summaries highlighting referral data, outreach metrics, and ROI analysis.
Collaborate with leadership to adjust outreach strategies based on performance metrics and seasonal marketing goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of experience in medical marketing, aesthetics, or physician relations (dermatology or medspa experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal presence.
Knowledge of dermatology, cosmetic procedures, and skin health services.
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing travel between clinic locations.
Growth in new patient referrals (medical and aesthetic).
Increased engagement from referring offices and community partners.
Attendance and conversion success from outreach events.
Enhanced visibility and reputation of Cleaver Medical Group Dermatology across target markets.
