Position Summary:

The Business Development & Brand Outreach Coordinator is responsible for increasing patient volume and strengthening Cleaver Dermatology & Aesthetics’ relationships with both referring providers and the local community. This role bridges the gap between clinical outreach and consumer marketing — representing the practice’s dermatologic, surgical, and aesthetic services with professionalism, brand alignment, and measurable impact.

The coordinator serves as a visible ambassador for the practice, educating physicians, businesses, and the public about the group’s offerings, while ensuring a positive and consistent brand presence across North Georgia communities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provider & Clinical Referral Outreach

  • Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists, primary care providers, OB/GYNs, plastic surgeons, medspas, and other key referral sources.

  • Conduct regular office visits to provide updated referral materials, introduce new providers, and gather feedback.

  • Educate referral partners on the group’s medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services and referral process.

  • Track referral trends and provide monthly reports to management on growth opportunities and outreach results.

2. Aesthetic & Community Marketing

  • Promote cosmetic and aesthetic services (e.g., injectables, skincare, laser treatments, body contouring) through local partnerships, events, and digital collaborations.

  • Represent the practice at community functions, chamber of commerce meetings, health fairs, and beauty events.

  • Coordinate in-office open houses, patient appreciation events, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator.

  • Identify co-branding or sponsorship opportunities with local businesses and wellness partners aligned with the practice’s brand.

3. Branding & Content Collaboration

  • Partner with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach materials for both medical and aesthetic audiences.

  • Capture community engagement content (photos, testimonials, event highlights) for social media and newsletters.

  • Ensure brand consistency in all external communications and event presentations.

4. Reporting & Strategy

  • Maintain an organized CRM or outreach database to log provider visits, event participation, and outcomes.

  • Provide detailed monthly summaries highlighting referral data, outreach metrics, and ROI analysis.

  • Collaborate with leadership to adjust outreach strategies based on performance metrics and seasonal marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–4 years of experience in medical marketing, aesthetics, or physician relations (dermatology or medspa experience preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal presence.

  • Knowledge of dermatology, cosmetic procedures, and skin health services.

  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing travel between clinic locations.

Performance Metrics

  • Growth in new patient referrals (medical and aesthetic).

  • Increased engagement from referring offices and community partners.

  • Attendance and conversion success from outreach events.

  • Enhanced visibility and reputation of Cleaver Medical Group Dermatology across target markets.
