DescriptionThe Branding and Content Strategy Specialist plays a key role in implementing social media and digital content initiatives that align with CNE’s organizational goals. This position partners with cross-functional teams to support editorial planning, content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis. By maintaining alignment with brand standards and regulatory requirements, the specialist ensures all digital content is accurate, engaging, compliant, and strategically optimized. The role requires strong collaboration skills, creative capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in creating and executing a comprehensive, engaging, and informative digital content strategy aligned with organizational goals and brand standards across all social media platforms.
- Serve as a liaison between external agencies and property marketing teams, ensuring clear objectives, effective deliverables, and the achievement of goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on editorial calendars and content creation while providing feedback to optimize effectiveness.
- Write persuasive, attention-grabbing copy for digital advertising mediums, adapting content to fit specific media channels with clarity and consistency.
- Evaluate paid and organic social media performance using metrics and data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategy.
- Monitor sponsored post permalinks and ensure compliance with promotional details and regulations.
- Work with external agencies to address complex direct messages and oversee the management of internally boosted content and associated budgets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and manage creative rotation strategies.
- Direct all paid social media traffic to the external digital advertising agency for streamlined execution.
- Ensure all advertised information complies with promotional details, regulatory requirements, copyright laws, content policies, and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in social media technologies, content creation, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects without direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Perform work in various settings, including office and casino environments with exposure to smoke and crowd noise.
- Lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs; perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, and feeling.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and travel with overnight stays (on call), as needed.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field with at least three (3) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in creative services, advertising, content design, social media management, or marketing preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of creative design and digital asset management programs; advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Knowledge of graphic design best practices, basic photography, video editing, and Photoshop skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and other graphic design tools.
- Understanding of social media platforms, management tools, performance dashboards, and strategies.
- Demonstrated creativity with the ability to develop innovative ideas.
- High level of precision with a proactive, self-starter mentality.
- Advanced organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and varied personalities.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
