About the role

To strengthen our marketing team and elevate our brand to the next level, we are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager. As a Brand Manager at Coinmerce Group, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels while driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the brand strategy in line with the Group's mission and values.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, product, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Compliance) to align branding efforts.
  • Manage and evolve brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Monitor brand performance and customer perception using relevant data and insights.
  • Lead campaigns that strengthen brand recognition and engagement across European markets.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications roles.
  • Proven experience in tech, fintech, or a fast-paced digital environment; experience in crypto is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with a sharp eye for visual details and design.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across teams.
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and CMS platforms.

    Nice to have
  • Experience working within regulated industries such as financial services or crypto.
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, or performance analytics.
