Due to continued growth and success, Total Security are on the lookout for a Brand Communications Executive to expand the team.

Skills:
- Familiarity with designing and building HTML email templates
- Analytical skills to monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, open rate, bounce rate) and provide actionable insights.
- Proven experience using email marketing or transactional mailer platforms such as Stripo, SendGrid, Mailchimp, or similar.
- An interest in providing great Customer Communication and showcasing the benefits of our software.
Operations:
- Oversee and manage the execution of all communication and reputation requests received from the Head of Operations.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the senior management team.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from initiation to completion or collaborate effectively within project teams.
Brand Communication:
- Manage all customer email communications through our mailer, ensuring consistency, correct branding and success rates.
- Manage the sender accounts of all communications
- Develop and implement regular email promotional campaigns which demonstrate the value in our brands.
- Analyse the performance of all email campaigns, identifying trends and fluctuations to ensure optimal results.
- Pinpoint opportunities for enhancing both customer engagement and experience within email communications and external messaging.
- Work closely with the Compliance Manager to update communications in line with business needs and compliance regulations.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure email communications align with their requirements.
- Keep teams informed of any changes that may impact their respective areas.
- Follow Brand Guidelines as supplied by Design
Brand Reputation
- Assist with Brand Reputation by checking review feedback and identify areas of improvement.
- Test Customer Feedback engagements and identify areas to optimise
- Identify new review platforms where we can grow and highlight our brand reputation
- Report use of brand infringement and scam websites that negatively impact our brand reputation.
- Identify opportunities where email communication can be used to receive Customer Feedback.

- Basic salary: Up to £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
