Brand & Packaging Innovation Designer
12-Month Contract | Reporting to Head of Sales

Our client, a leading Irish supplier in the retail and hospitality sectors, is seeking a Brand & Packaging Innovation Designer to join their commercial team.

The Role: Produce high-quality custom designs for clients while collaborating closely with the sales team to translate customer requirements into effective visual solutions. You'll work from design briefs or blank canvas concepts, using customer assets to develop compelling designs that secure sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales representatives to create customer-specific packaging and branding designs
• Interpret briefs and deliver innovative, on-brand design solutions
• Understand technical specifications for packaging products (coffee cups, bags, food packaging, etc.)
• Provide ad hoc design support (website banners, brochures, event signage, flyers)
• Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities to meet deadlines
• Maintain organized design library for future use

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as Graphic Designer, preferably in packaging, print, or marketing design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Confidence working from minimal briefs
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools (desirable)
• Knowledge of print production processes and packaging design (strong advantage)
